That, and you need to brush up on your Phil Collins lyrics. You got some of the lyrics wrong. Other than that, you've got a great voice and a wonderful talent for singing. Something tells me however, you're not singing at your best. You've got a lot of harmony inside of you and you need to let it out. So, don't hold back when you're singing. Let out the harmony.
