ive been playing guitar for 4 years. I just got a new one for christmas, and i spent an hour today learning "thanks for the killer game of crisco twister" by Minus The Bear.

I don't understand how any person in their right mind can honestly believe that ACB are a more musically adept group! Don't get me wrong, I really like them and think that their music slaughters all of THA's new stuff, but as musicians, AJ, Dean, Allen and Bret are so incredibly gifted that it would not be much of a stretch to call their abilities on their respective instruments 'unparalleled' It's a shame such musicianship is wasted on the likes of midheaven Instead of Nocturne where it belongs

2nd guy's warmup is totally Rock Discipline / Petrucci influenced; good way to go :D

he should show his skill. Power chords dont mean skill. Sweep picking isnt all they do, if you play guitar you should know that. While they are soloing, sweep picking is not a focus at all.

you guys are joking right? in instrument skill acb wins by a long shot. instrument skill doesnt just involve sweep picking up and down the fret board. besides, if acb was metal, they would make tha look bad. my best friend who plays guitar for them, can do everything that those dudes can do. but the genre of music that acb plays does not call for that. the musical quality of acb is superior to that of tha. i know they are two different genres but i just think acb is much better

HAHAHA as cities burn is not that good man. Im not saying that THA is definitely better. I do like them a little better though. Speaking in instrument skill, THA kills them. ACB is realy not that good.

i wasn't comparing ACB to THA somebody tried to say that ACB sucked. and yeah, the new cd is gonna be awesome. its totally different than Come Now Sleep. ive heard all of it. its just so lush. and there is a nice surprise at the end of the record! :)

As Cities Burn is a way different genre of music. I love THA, and ACB, but why compare them? I think THA is better (not midheaven.). I'm excited for ACB's new album.

Yeah I just looked up As Cities Burn on Myspace because I haven't heard of them. First of all, They aren't even the same style as The Human Abstract. Second of all, they are HORRIBLE. I mean really, really bad.
