GTA VC-also feature refernces to another movie who I think Al Paccino is in. The mannsion also appears again and Rosenberg is in it.

GTA VC - There are a lot of vague references. I watched all episodes of Miami Vice and no characters or events are similar but the vibe is very much there. It´s also about drugtrade, prostitution, weapons and has a lot lots of that 80´s feel to it. Scarface even more so. The house you posess in VC-stories looks very much like Tonys in that movie. The malibu club appears (allthough it´s not called that). I think that Tonys mom appears in that gam as well (Little Havanna, trailorpark missions).

I´m a diehard GTA freak and I have a question to other GTA freaks. What movie (and game)refferences can you think of that they´ve used in the GTA series. Below I list my recomendations to you: GTA2 - Claude speed (That you play as in GTA3) is mentioned GTA3 - Not a real refference, however Salvatore reminds me of Don Correleone in the godfather and I think Lazlo from the radio shows of Vice City is in it. Of course it has some references to LCstories too.
