I'm not a fanboy for any console but imho the PS3 is still a 600€/$ dust-catcher. I'm missing the real PS3-arguments like f.e. Gran Turismo, Tekken, Final Fantasy, MGS... at least to excuse the price a bit... but watching fotos or movies (there are maybe 20 blu ray movies available here) on my tv is no argument to afford 600€... sry Sony.

No, u guys dont get it. Microsoft made the 360 Elite because they knew that PS3 would be more popular, so they added a 120 gig hardrive, and HDMI. PS3 has that. P.S. Anyone no when MGS4 is comin out? Tell me!

ehh to bad now a year later the 360 elite is going to decimate the ps3.. i feel so bad for sony. elite has double the HDD space not to mention its other new specs.. not to mention the black look just to piss off sony and its still almost 200 bux cheaper then the 600 dollar ps2. and as for the fool who commented on the DVD drive.. xbox 360: hey ps3! I can show images in an amazing 1080i and I can store 20gigs of info for a cheap $400. Oh yeah! I also have and optional hd dvd drive that cost $200. Without it you cant watch movies in hd. You can also play my games on the internet for $50 a year. Batteries for my nonrechargable control cost a lot over time so it would be smart to buy my rechargable battery pack aswell what do you have? ps3: wow...that sucks...to bad I'm better

The only reason why the PS3 box is bigger is because the PS3 is fucking huge and it takes up that big of space. Piece of shit. Also, look how they wrap all of their stuff.
