And even when they they are sentenced (by a jury as a judge is not legaly able to invoke the death penalty) the prosecutor may or may not follow through, and after sentencing the ciminal has an exhaustive list of appeals that can take decades to get through. The U.S gives convicted murderers every chance to get out of the death penalty I really dont know what more they can ask for... besides not being killed perhapse but if they arent able to deflect it after all of that they kind of deserve it

Alright when was the last time you saw somebody hung, shot, or beheded in an American town square? Our executions are only preformed on tried and convicted murderers and those guilty of treason. While on death row they are fed and clothed at tax payers expense and treated like fucking royalty until they get a pin prick in the arm in a privet sanitized room. The only people that get to see are the officials reqired to be their by law and the families of the victums that get to see justice.
